These Terms of Service apply to travel enquiries, quotations and booking-assistance services provided by Vonage Travels. By confirming a booking or making payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable quotation, supplier conditions and these terms.
Our role
Vonage Travels acts as a travel intermediary and planning service. Airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour companies, insurers and other independent suppliers are responsible for delivering their respective services. Their separate terms, cancellation rules and operational policies also apply.
Quotations and availability
Travel prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed and payment is received. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are based on information available at the time issued and may be subject to currency fluctuations, taxes, fees or supplier changes.
Traveller responsibilities
- Check that names and passenger details exactly match travel documents.
- Hold valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations and other required documentation.
- Review baggage, check-in, transit, entry and health requirements before travel.
- Arrive within the time required by the relevant carrier or supplier.
- Inform us promptly about errors or changes.
Payments
Payment schedules and accepted methods will be stated in the quotation or booking communication. A booking is not guaranteed until required funds have cleared and confirmation has been issued. Service or planning fees, where applicable, will be disclosed before confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed primarily by supplier rules. Penalties, fare differences, non-refundable components and Vonage Travels service fees may apply. Refund timing depends on the supplier and payment channel.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It may provide protection for eligible cancellation, medical, baggage, delay and interruption events, subject to the policy terms. Travellers are responsible for reviewing coverage and exclusions.
Uncontrollable events
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, closures, weather, natural disasters, strikes, political events, public-health measures, supplier insolvency or other events outside our reasonable control. We will, where possible, assist with available alternatives under supplier rules.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vonage Travels is not liable for acts, omissions, failures or negligence of independent suppliers. Our liability for our own booking-service error will not exceed the service fees paid to us for the affected arrangement, except where a greater liability cannot legally be excluded.
